What SpellType Is

SpellType is a macOS application that provides AI-powered text autocomplete suggestions. It runs entirely on your device using on-device AI models.

License

SpellType grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on any Mac you own or control.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices from the application

AI-Generated Content

SpellType provides text suggestions generated by on-device AI. These suggestions are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any suggestions before they become part of your text.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SpellType is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpellType and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

Updates

We may release updates to SpellType from time to time. These terms apply to all versions of the application.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SpellType after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
